We're hiring!

Can't believe it's already mid-May 2013. We are looking to hire an event assistant for this season and would love for you to join us. He/she will work with our delivery crew to design our client's event rentals in a timely manor with professionalism and efficiency. Most hours will take place on the weekend, Saturdays mostly and a few Fridays, Sundays and weekdays. Schedules will be laid out in advance based on our event schedule and confirmed ahead of time.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate looking to enter the event management field or with team management experience.
  • College student or professional able to coordinate a team of 3 to 10 team members.
  • Clean driving record and the ability to drive a 10 foot to 26 foot delivery truck.
  • Capable of lifting, moving, transitioning our inventory which ranges from 5 to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain our inventory in a clean manor and keep our chairs safe and protected.
  • Professional attitude with our clients, other vendors and venues.
  • Good communication skills between the team and on-site vendors.
  • Timely in event management and deliveries.
  • Responsible for maintaining clean and organized warehouse upon drop off of inventory following events.
  • Able to work late nights for event strike that happens between 10pm-2am on.
